BJP leader S. Vignesh Shishir has filed a writ in the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court regarding the citizenship of Rahul Gandhi. Vignesh Shishir Dainik Bhaskar In a conversation with him, he told that his family is constantly undergoing fatal attacks. They are also in danger of life. So he sought security.

On August 28, Vignesh Shishir filed a petition in front of the Double Bench of the High Court (Justice Sangeeta Chandra and Justice Brij Raj Singh) demanding the central security of the All India Y-Plus category. He said that due to the cases related to Rahul Gandhi’s British citizenship and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s candidature, he is constantly getting threats to kill him.

Rahul Gandhi’s issue of British citizenship
The petitioner told the court that he had presented evidence to the CBI and other investigating agencies that Rahul Gandhi had lodged his identity as a British citizen in a 2003 company in London. The case is currently being investigated by the CBI’s Anti Corruption-II branch, New Delhi. Vignesh Shishir also claimed that she is in the process of filing a Quo-warrant petition to challenge Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s Lok Sabha membership.

BJP leader himself argued
Interestingly, Vignesh Shishir himself argued in the court. He said that he has helped investigating agencies in cases like income tax, money laundering, NGO funding, election expenses, benami and terrorist funding. For this reason, he is under serious threat.
After a long hearing, the High Court said that in view of the seriousness of the case, it is necessary to provide security to them at present. Therefore, the Ministry of Home Affairs was directed to give them a PSO 24X7 by Central Security Agencies.
