Rahul Gandhi held a press conference in Delhi on August 7, accused the Election Commission of disturbances in the voter list.
The Election Commission has asked Congress MP Rahul Gandhi to sign an affidavit if they consider their claim of vote theft right. If he does not trust his claims, then apologize to the country.
News agency ANI gave information about this by quoting sources in the Election Commission. According to sources, Rahul believes that if his allegations on the Election Commission are true, then he should not have any problem in signing the manifesto.
In fact, Rahul on Thursday accused the voter list of disturbances and injury theft through a presentation in Delhi on Thursday. Rahul said that we introduced a model of vote theft here, I think this model was used in many Lok Sabha and Assembly of the country.
Priyanka said- Election Commission is asking for an affidavit instead of investigation

On the matter of affidavit from the Election Commission, Priyanka Gandhi said- Rahul Gandhi has made a big disclosure on the vote theft, which should be investigated.
The Election Commission is not giving the voter list, instead of investigating in this matter, he is asking for an affidavit. We are constantly showing data, but the Election Commission is not ready to accept.
The BJP government is conducting all the investigation by putting ED, CBI on the opposition, so why is the entire scandal being investigated here under the nose?
August 7: Rahul’s charge- EC stole election with BJP Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday gave a 22 -page presentation for 1 hour and 11 minutes on a mess in the voter list. Rahul showed the voter list of Karnataka on the screen and said that suspected voters are present in the voter list.
He said that after seeing the results of Maharashtra, our suspicion was strong that the election had been stolen. Not giving the machine reedable voter list, we were confident that the Election Commission has stolen Maharashtra elections with the BJP.
Rahul said that we introduced a model of vote theft here, I think this model was used in many Lok Sabha and Assembly of the country.
The Karnataka Election Commission has sought an affidavit on Rahul’s allegations. Said that they should complain in writing so that further action can be taken.
Started from Karnataka, 1 lakh votes stolen on Mahadevpura seat

While showing the voter list screen of Mahadevpura assembly seat in Karnataka, Rahul said that out of 6.5 lakh votes here, 1 lakh votes have been stolen. In the research of the Congress, a wrong address of one lakh was detected here and bulk voters and duplicate voters were detected at the same address.
In Karnataka, we would have won 16 seats, but we won only 9 seats. We investigated one of these seven losing seats, that seat was Bangalore Central. Congress got 6,26,208 votes on this seat.
BJP got 6,58,915 votes. The difference of votes received by both parties was only 32,707. At the same time, when voting took place in Mahadevpura assembly seat, the vote difference between the two parties was 1,14,046. Rahul said- According to this, more than 1 lakh votes were stolen. These votes were stolen in five ways.
Referred to Maharashtra and Haryana again
- 40 lakh fake names in Maharashtra: In Maharashtra, the names of millions of voters were added to the list in a few months, which is quite worrisome. 40 lakh voters are mysterious. Many voters were added here in five months. The Election Commission should respond to the voter list. They should tell whether the voter list is correct or wrong. The increase in voter turnout after five o’clock in the evening is also surprising. Why did voting increase after five o’clock in the evening? The Election Commission should answer this. The Congress party has asked the Election Commission questions in the matter of rigging of votes, but the Commission did not give a single answer. It has taken six months to catch the theft of votes.
- Voter list is responsible for defeat in Haryana: These disturbances are because the Election Commission does not provide the data of voters. He alleged that votes are being stolen due to this. He blamed these disturbances for the defeat of the Congress in Haryana.
Told- 7 feet high papers in 6 months, scrutinize, gather evidence

Rahul said that after manually checking millions of papers, we have gathered these evidences. If these papers are made a pack, then it will be 7 feet high. It took about 6 months to gather the evidence. This happened because the Election Commission deliberately provided us with non -machine redable papers so that they could not be scanned by the machine.

Karnataka Election Commission said- give Rahul affidavit The Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka has written a letter to Rahul Gandhi. Said that under election rules, if a person questions the validity of the voter list, he has to give details in writing.
They should signed an affidavit under Rule 20 (3) (b) and provide the names of such voters so that their claims can be investigated. Legal action can also be initiated if necessary.
At the same time, the Election Commission (ECI) has shared the video of Rahul’s press conference on the social media site X and described it as misleading it.
Rahul showed in the presentation, how did votes be stolen in 5 ways

1. Duplicate Voters: 11,965: Rahul’s claim- In the voter list, only one person appeared in many places. Every time his booth number was different. There are 11 thousand suspects who voted three times. Where are these people coming from?

2. Fake address: 40,009 voters: Rahul’s claim- In Bengaluru Central, more than 40 thousand voters were found to be fake. No one was living on those addresses, then who cast the vote. There are 46 voters at the same address.

3. Many voters at a address: Rahul’s third claim- Many voters were found at a address. 80 voters were found at number 35 listed on booth number 470. At the same time, 46 voters were listed together in another such house.

4. Illegal photo: Rahul’s claim- 4132 voters were involved in the voter ID. Some pictures were so small that it was difficult to identify them, so how did they vote.

5. Fake from Form -6: 70 -year -old Shakun Rani filled Form 6 for making voter ID card twice within a month. Once his picture was taken from a distance. The second time he zoomed and put a picture. Form 6 is the form from which any new voter, ie who has never made a voter card before. He applies to get his name added to the voter list.

Rahul further said that I am saying it not lightly, but with hundred percent proof. We were suspicious in Madhya Pradesh elections, Lok Sabha elections, our doubt increased during Maharashtra elections.
July 24, 2025: You think that you will survive, this is your misunderstanding The Election Commission cheated a seat in Karnataka. We have 100% evidence of this. Thousands of new voters of 50, 60 and 65 years have been added to the list in the same constituency and the voters above 18 years of age have been removed from the list. We got this disturbance in the investigation of one seat. I am very sure that this drama is going on in every seat. I want to give a message to the Election Commission. If you feel that you will escape from it, then it is your misunderstanding.
