This order was pronounced by the High Court regarding the ongoing succession dispute over the property of Mohammad Hamidullah Khan, the last Nawab of the princely state of Bhopal. The appeal was filed on behalf of Nawab Hamidullah Khan’s descendant Begum Suraiya, Nawabjadi Kamrataj Rabia Sultan and others.
