The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a warning to Air India. The case is related to two international flights. In fact, in two flights running between Bengaluru and London in May, the pilot flew aircraft for more than 10 hours, which is against the rules.
In June, DGCA issued a show cause notice to the airline for violating the crew’s duty time limit. However, sources associated with DGCA said on Wednesday that, the Airlines response was not found satisfactory, after which they were warned not to do so in future.
