The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action in the case of fraud at Greenopolis Real Estate Project in Sector-89, Gurugram. ED has given Three C Shelters (TCSPCL) and its promoters Nirmal Singh, Vidur Bhardwaj, Surpreet Singh Suri and others

It is alleged that the company and promoters cheated home buyers. The court has now issued notices to all the accused.
The project started in 2011 under the Joint Development Agreement between Oris Infrastructure Private Limited and TCSPCL. Launched in 2012, 29 towers and more than 1,700 flats were to be built in this project.

1100 crores recovered, not given flats ED investigation has revealed that developers recovered more than Rs 1,100 crore from home buyers. Many buyers paid up to 90 percent of the price of the flat.
It was promised that the possession would be given by 2015, but in 2016 the construction stopped completely and only the structure could be erected. Till date, not a single buyer has got the key of the flat.
Fraud of more than 600 crores fraud ED investigation has revealed that more than 600 crore rupees of house buyers were cheated and moved around. It is alleged that TCSPCL and its promoters turned this money through their respective companies and Kolkata’s shell companies. Apart from this, a large amount of money was also done by making fake billing through Globus Construction, the company of Promoter Nirmal Singh, Harmeet Singh Oberoi’s company.

Accounts manipulated The ED investigation revealed that the accused manipulated the accounts, showed fake credit entries and tried to hide the diversion by rotating the money through many shell companies.
ED has already seized assets worth Rs 395.03 crore in this case. This includes land worth Rs 286.98 crore and shares worth Rs 108.04 crore.
This entire action has been taken on the basis of evidence found on 25 November 2024 at the houses of promoters’ houses and other places. The investigation started with the FIR of Delhi Police’s Economic Offense Wing (EOW),
In which house buyers lodged a complaint. Eow has filed several charge sheet in this case and now the case is waiting for the charge to be fixed in Saket court. TCSPL bankrupt in 2020, after which Oris took the project, but the dispute remains intact. Buyers staged protests in 2023 and 2025.
