- On August 25, the family disappeared by locking the house: On August 25, Chetram left the house without telling anyone with wife Rekha and the three children. - Sent an affidavit on WhatsApp, wrote about accepting Islam: On August 26, Chetram sent a WhatsApp message to his brother -in -law’s mobile number living in Palwal, which was shocked. Because it contained notary affidavits verified. It was said to accept Islam. Chetram was now a matter of Mohammad Ikram, Rekha now Rukhsar and elder son Shivam became Mohammad. Apart from this, the names of the remaining two children were written by Shabnam and Rehan. Only the affidavits of Chetram and Shivam have come out, not the rest. Chetram’s brother -in -law sent these affidavits to Satbir. Seeing this, the ground slipped under Satbir’s feet.
- It was written in the affidavit-Islam influenced by the goodness of religion: In Chetram’s affidavit, it is influenced by the goodness of the religion of Islam, without any fear or greed, he has accepted Islam with his wife and daughter-son. Now the name has become Mohammad Ikram from Chetram. To be called by this name in future. It was also written-there was no pressure of any institution, individual or group. Now there will be no relation with the previous religion. Neither will there be any connection with Kunba-Makil or relatives. We have abandoned all the beliefs and relationships related to Hinduism on our own will.
- Sirajuddin became a witness on affidavit: The date of 3 April 2025 is written on these affidavits. Sirajuddin son Hussain Khan has signed as a witness on the affidavits of Chetram and Shivam. Sirajuddin is a resident of Rajaka village, located about 8 km from Marra village. Chetram’s brother Satbir has also written the name of Sirajuddin in his complaint. Apart from Shahid, Sirajuddin is also named in the case lodged in Nagina police station.

It is being told that this is the land of Shahid and this house was constructed from the mason Chetram itself. On August 26, Satbir and other family members approached Chetram. Chetram said that Islam has been adopted, it will remain here. After this, Satbir lodged a complaint with Nagina police station.

Case filed against martyr and Sirajuddin On the complaint of Satbir, a case has been registered against the martyr and Sirajuddin under Section 127 (6) of the Code of Justice of India (BNS).
