The Supreme Court said on Tuesday that every child has every right to get their parents love, guidance and emotional cooperation. It cannot be stopped under any circumstances, even if parents are living in different countries.

The comment was made by a bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta in hearing the petition in which a father sought permission to talk to a 9 -year -old son living with his wife in Ireland on a video call.

The bench justified the father’s demand and ordered that the father can talk to the son on two hours video calls from 10 am to 12 am every other Sunday. The court also directed that both parents should ensure that this process is complete without any interruption.
