Angry brother murdered her in Hardoi and her sister was killed. The brother shot at the temple. He died on the spot. When the mother saw that the disabled son would be trapped in the daughter’s murder, she too joined the incident.
Mother-son tried to show the murder suicide. Told the police- the daughter has committed suicide. However, made a mistake. This opened the whole matter. The brother shot the bullet in the left part of the temple, while the Tamanche was caught in the sister’s right hand.
On suspicion, the police strictly confessed the crime. The name of the deceased is Manvi Mishra (24). On January 7 this year, Manvi went against the family and got married in Arya Samaj with Abhinav Katiyar. Abhinav is posted as Principal in -charge at GIC in Nawabganj, Abhinav Bareilly. While Manvi was preparing for IAS.
The incident is from Aliapur village of Pali police station area at 7 am on Sunday morning. The police revealed the incident on Thursday. The girl’s husband Abhinav informed the police about the suspicion of untoward with Manvi. When the police reached home, Manvi’s blood -soaked body was found. The family asked the police to mislead- he was about to inform the police.

Complete details from the incident to the revelations, as SP told
Abhinav Katiyar made a call at Pali police station in Hardoi at 9 am on Sunday morning. When the police picked up the call, he said that his wife Manvi Mishra’s phone is not being picked up. Neither is the message scene. He suspected that there could be something untoward with his wife.
On this information of Abhinav, the team of Pali police station reached Manvi’s house. There was a blood -soaked corpse of Manvi inside the room. At home, only the mother was small and one leg was Divyang Bhai Veeru Mishra. The mother told the police crying- at 7 in the morning she was washing clothes outside the house, when the sound of firing came.
When she went inside, she saw that Manvi was soaked in blood. He was shot on his head. On not informing the police, the mother said- she was scared, so, did not inform. Was going to call in a while. The police conducted a forensic investigation of the room.
Manvi had a gun in one hand, while the bullet crossed the bai temple. The body was lying on the floor. Police sent the body for postmortem.
The accused is Divyang Bhai Veeru Mishra. The police arrested him and sent him to jail.

SP Neeraj Jadaun said- Investigation revealed that Manvi used to work with right hand. If he had suicide itself, the bullet should have been hit on the right temple, while the bullet hit his left temple. On the basis of suspicion, the police interrogated the brother and mother in custody. After this, both of them confessed the crime.

Brother used to fight with sister on intercourse marriage
Abhinav Katiyar hails from the village of Manvi’s neighbor. Both studied together. Meanwhile, both of them had an affair. Abhinav Katiyar did the intercast marriage from Manvi on 7 January 2025 in Arya Samaj. Then the family was not aware of this.
However, the family later came to know about it, but the family was angry with Manvi. Manvi was a Brahmin, while Abhinav was Kurmi. There was often a debate with brother’s sister about this matter. Police sources say- Manvi spoke to Abhinav on the phone till 2 pm on Saturday-Sunday. Brother Biru was angry about this. There was a dispute in the morning and he shot.
If husband does not get good morning call-messages, apprehension Mawani’s husband Abhinav Katiyar told- It was decided in both of us that whoever wakes up earlier in the morning will call the other and wish good morning. On Saturday, I came home late at night during the retirement and farewell party of a college employee. Slept at two and a half in the night.
At 8:30 am on Sunday morning, the eyes opened, there was neither a call nor a message of Manvi. Call her number several times, but did not pick up the phone. After this, at 9 o’clock, the Pali police station called and informed the police.
Abhinav told- Manvi’s brother Veeru and mother used to torture him a lot after marrying against the family’s will. Despite this, Manvi used to live in her maiden to look after her mother and Divyang brother.

Manvi’s father security guard in Lucknow
SP said- Manvi’s father Santosh Mishra works as a security guard in Lucknow. Apart from this, two other brothers also do private jobs. One brother lives in Ghaziabad and one in Chennai. Apart from Manvi at home at the time of the incident, only his mother and Divyang Bhai Veeru were Viru.
SP said- The accused brother has been arrested. Tamanche has been sent to forensic lab for a fingerprint match. The mother has also been detained to hide the incident. Further action is being taken.
The police questioned the family. The mother tried to mislead by stating suicide. But the whole matter was revealed by a mistake.
The forensic team also reached the spot. Several evidences, including the pistol used in the murder, had collected.
