Dr. Sachin Kumar of Rohtak was appointed by the Government of India as Director General of Research and Information System for Developing Country (RIS), New Delhi under the Ministry of External Affairs.

Sachin lives in Rohtak’s Nehru Colony Sachin Kumar, who lives in Nehru Colony in Rohtak, was born in 1978. They are from an ordinary family; His father is a mechanic and parents still live in Nehru Colony.

Sachin did Matriculation from Jain High School, Rohtak and then graduated from Hindu College. He then pasted the Economics from Maharishi Dayanand University and earned an M.Phil and PhD in Economics from JNU, New Delhi.

Work on human development report Dr. Sachin Kumar worked on the Human Development Report at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in 2008-09. He then took charge as a professor at the WTO Studies Center in the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) New Delhi.

For the last 16 years, he has been representing the Government of India and has been active in agricultural negotiations, especially in the World Trade Organization in Geneva.

Complete many training courses abroad Dr. Sachin played an important role in protecting India’s minimum support price policy from the challenges of developed countries. Also completed several special training courses abroad, including Climate Smart Trade and Investment for Sustainable Development under the University of New England, Australia, UN ESCAP, UNEP and UNCTad under the Australia Awards.
