Rampal, the Satlok Ashram operator Rampal, who has been lodged in Hisar Jail for the last 11 years, is again in the news. Recently, the High Court stayed the sentence of life imprisonment. After which suddenly there has been a stir in Rampal’s ashrams. The followers are saying that ‘Sant Maharaj’ is coming out.

Despite being lodged in jail, Rampal’s empire has spread. Call centers of Satlok Ashram are running. A website has been made in the name of Jagat Guru. The call center has been given numbers of trusted people, who claim to get the name initiation from Rampal anywhere in India. Options are given on the number of these call centers, which is said to be information about Rampal and his works.
The name Deeksha is also claimed to be given in front of Rampal. Rampal’s name Deeksha’s recording is present with agents of these call centers. They have a list of Sangatas in and around every district. They have a series numbers. This name takes the person taking initiation to a certain place and makes Rampal Maharaj’s video and gives him the name initiation. It is claimed that thousands of people have taken the name initiation.

Rampal has made 11 ashram in 11 years Rampal has been serving sentence in Hisar’s Central Jail in the case of treason since 2014. Rampal had 2 ashrams in Karuntha in Rohtak and Barwala in Hisar in 2014. The third was being made in Madhya Pradesh. Now the number of ashrams has increased to 11. Karuntha and Barwala Ashram are under the government. According to Rampal, 5 ashrams were formed. Dhanana, Bhiwani and Kurukshetra of Sonepat have also created large ashrams. - Rampal acquitted in 11 out of 14 cases: Advocate Kuldeep of Hisar, who signed Rampal’s Vakalatanama, said that Rampal Maharaj has been in jail since 2014. He had a total of 14 cases. They have been acquitted in 11 cases of them. The High Court has suspended his life imprisonment among 2 cases whose case is number 429 and 430. Currently, the case of treason is number 428. It consisted of over 1000 people. Most of them have been vine, but Rampal has not put a bell in this case yet. There is a possibility that the bail will be found on the application. His lawyer Mahendra Singh Nain, who fought Rampal’s case in Hisar, says that he has a case of Rampal, which is an under -trial.
- Relief from High Court recently: Satlok Ashram chief Rampal has recently got a big relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. In 2014, the High Court has stayed the death sentence of life imprisonment for the death case of Malkit Kaur, Rajbala, Santosh and Adarsh of Sangrur in Punjab in 2014. Earlier, the High Court had stayed the sentence of life imprisonment in the body of a woman found in the ashram. The High Court has so far suspended Rampal’s sentence in two murder cases. The High Court had said that there is allegation against the appellant that they had kept the women closed in the ashram, but there are serious cross -examination issues regarding medical evidence. The court admitted that Rampal is 74 years old and has already been serving a actual sentence of 10 years 27 days.

Born in Dhanana of Sonipat, job in irrigation department Rampal was born on 8 September 1951 in a farmer family in Dhanana village of Sonepat. The father was Nandram and mother Indradevi. Rampal did a diploma in engineering and got a job of Junior Engineer (JE) in Haryana Irrigation Department. Married Tara Devi and became the father of five children. Meanwhile, Kabirpanthi met Swami Ramdevanand Maharaj. In the year 1995, he left the government job and started religious discourses.
Ashram in Karuntha on donation land in 1999 It is said that in 1999, Rampal built an ashram on a donated land in Karantha village of Rohtak. However, a dispute started over fraud in donating about 4 acres of land. Between the controversies, fame and followers gradually increased. In the year 2006, Arya Samaj’s major book ‘Satyarth Prakash’ was commented, which led to the target of Rampal Arya Samajis. The dispute increased so much that there was a conflict. Violence occurred between Rampal followers and Arya Samaj supporters outside the Karuntha Ashram, killing Arya Samaji and injured more than 59.

Nominated in murder in 2006, 2 years jailed In 2006, there was a dispute over the evacuation of the dera. There was a confrontation with the people of Arya Samaj. During that time Rampal was registered under Section 302. He remained in jail for two years when he was arrested. He came to Barwala after being released on bail from the court. The ashram was built on one acre of land on Daulatpur Road. Then he dealt with 12 and a half acres of land on Chandigarh Road.
Karuntha Ashram was sealed and dera was held in Barwala After a clash with Arya Samajis in 2006, the police sealed the Karuntha Ashram. After this, Rampal started building a new and big ashram near Barwala town in Hisar district. The ashram became fully active around 2008–2009. The discourse-satsang started from here. Barwala Ashram was named “Satlok Ashram”. Rampal supporters also created a ruckus in Hisar Court, after which the police registered a case against Baba and his supporters.

Rampal did not go on calling the High Court again and again The matter reached the High Court. Even after repeated calls by the court, Rampal kept on appearing by making an excuse. After this, in 2013, a large number of supporters entered the ashram in large numbers to occupy the ashram in Karuntha village. Two people were killed and several others were injured in the clash here.
Government became strict after being reprimanded by High Court In November 2014, the High Court ordered Rampal to appear in the death of a young man in Karuntha. On November 5, 2014, the High Court issued non -bailable warrants against Rampal. On November 10, the police had time to present Rampal in court. Rampal was not allowed to appear by supporters as unwell. The government and administration were reprimanded for Rampal’s not appearing in the High Court. The police started the operation to produce in court, which lasted 10 days. On November 18, 2014, when the police wanted to enter the ashram for the arrest of Rampal, there was a conflict with the supporters.

Many were injured from both sides. On November 20, 2014, after the arrest of Rampal, the police vacated the ashram and took possession of the police. On October 11, 2018, 29, including Rampal, were convicted in two murder cases. He has been imprisoned for life imprisonment, while hearing is still going on in the case of treason.

After Member Committees, he has now started service work towards the camp. Recently, Rampal has ordered Sangat to run Annapurna from jail itself. The purpose of this campaign is to see that no one should sleep hungry in the village or city. If such a family is found, Rampal’s team adopts that family. She spends the expenses of building adopted family houses, children’s education and ration. Recently, Rampal’s disciples went there after the incident of house collapse in the villages of Hisar and Kauth Kalan and has come with assurances to help the family. The Satlok Ashram is also doing the work of helping the flood victims in Punjab.

Rampal’s incarnation day is being celebrated Even though Rampal is in jail, Sangat is celebrating Rampal’s incarnation day. The incarnation day is being celebrated on 6, 7 and 8 September in Rampal’s ashram across the country. It will have a united text of Guru for 3 days. Apart from this, the oath of blood donation camps, body donations, dowry and drug abolition will be administered to the Sangatas. This program takes place on the orders of Rampal 6 times a year. These programs take place in September, December, January and February.
