Congress protested, said- will not allow the event to be held
Congress leader Kanhaiya Aggarwal has openly opposed these events. He posted on social media and wrote – “Who is protected by these events …? After serving alcohol, drugs, it will not let these events of 21 September be held in Raipur. Will not let your city be tainted.”
Aggarwal further said that he will meet the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Raipur today and demand strict action on this whole matter. He says that who are behind such advertisements on social media and who is protecting them should be investigated.
