There was a major encounter between the police and the Naxalites in Hazaribagh district on Monday. Three notorious Naxalites were killed in this encounter in Paati Piri forest of Gorhar police station area.

These include Sahadeva Soren alias Parvesh, a member of the Central Committee of the Naxalite organization, on which a reward of one crore rupees was declared.
Security agencies were looking for this for a long time. The encounter was attended by a joint team of Cobra 209 and Hazaribagh Police.
2 soldiers have also been injured
Two soldiers have also been injured in this encounter between police and Naxalites. These are the soldiers of Ajay Bhowmik 209 Cobra Battalion and Subroto Vishwas Cobra’s soldiers. Barhi was done at the sub -divisional hospital. Both were referred to Sadar Hospital for better treatment. Subroto Vishwas is a resident of West Bengal and Ajay Bhowmik is from Assam.

Other big Naxalite leaders were killed
The second Naxalite killed in the encounter was Raghunath Hembram, a member of the Bihar-Jharkhand Special Area Committee. A reward of 25 lakh rupees was declared on it.
The third Naxalite was Birsen Ganjhu alias Ramkhelavan, who was a member of the regional committee. He had a reward of 10 lakh rupees.
The three Naxalites were active in the border areas of Jharkhand and Bihar for a long time. The three were involved in carrying out many major incidents.
Weapon recovered, search operation in area
After the encounter, the police have recovered several deadly weapons including AK-47 from the spot. Confirming the incident, SP Anjani Anjan of Hazaribagh said that this is a big achievement for security forces.

The three Naxalites were active in the border areas of Jharkhand and Bihar for a long time.
He said that the activities of Naxalites are being completely monitored. After the encounter, the search operation in the entire area has been intensified.
This action of security forces has shocked the organization. In the coming days, the hold of the police in Naxalite affected areas will be stronger.
