A house collapsed from Landslide at 5 am on Tuesday morning at Mandi district Nihari in Himachal Pradesh. Due to its grip, 3 family members died, while 2 were rescued safely.

According to the information, in the morning in Bagta village of Bai Panchayat of Nihri, landslide was made from the hill in the morning. Khubaram’s house came in its grip. 5 people were buried under the rubble due to the collapse of the house. Mother -in -law, daughter -in -law and grandson died in this accident.
The deceased was identified by Tangu Devi (64) wife Jaisingh, Kamla Devi (33) wife Devraj and Bhima (8) son Devraj. Khubaram and Darshanu Devi were safely rescued.

Dead bodies sent to Sundernagar Hospital for postmortem
As soon as the accident was reported, the surrounding villagers reached the spot and got involved in relief and rescue work. Local administration has also reached the spot. The bodies of the three dead have been sent to postmortem to Sundernagar Hospital nearby.
Even today rain alert
Let me tell you that there was heavy rains in the mandi at night. Due to this, the river-streams have come back in spate. The Meteorological Department has also given alert of heavy rains today (on Tuesday). In view of this, the administration has issued advisory to the people for taking precautions, not going to river drains and landslide possible areas.
