Deepak’s father Durgesh Gupta told- At 9 am, wife Seema Devi, younger son Prince Gupta, my two brothers Surendra and Virendra went to Gorakhnath temple to meet CM. I met CM at 10 am. CM spoke for 10 minutes. I have demanded from CM that son Deepak should be given martyr status.
Then the CM said that there is no martyr status in this way. I demanded that a road in the village be done in the name of Deepak. The CM assured this.

Know the whole matter At 11.30 pm on 15 September, 10-12 animal smugglers reached Mauaachapi village in Pipraich with two trains (pickups). Durgesh Gupta has a furniture shop at the entry point of the village. When the smugglers saw a deserted place, they started breaking the lock of the shop with the intention of robbery. There is a travel office in the upper floor of the shop. Durgesh’s nephew was sleeping here.
When there was a sound of shutter rabbing, he got up. When he saw, 10-12 people were standing below. He immediately called Mama Durgesh’s son Deepak. Deepak made a noise and immediately ran from Scooty towards the shop. 10-15 villagers also reached there. The smugglers started running away after hearing the noise. Then he became face to face with the villagers. Meanwhile, smugglers fired. Deepak was at the forefront. In such a situation, the smugglers pulled him into his car.

When the police tried to take the smuggler under their control, the villagers got entangled with the SP. After this, there was a clash between the police and the villagers. As soon as the police rescued the smuggler from the crowd and admitted to the hospital. SP and Daroga suffered serious injuries. On the other hand, the police started the search in the same direction where the smugglers had run away. Deepak’s blood -soaked body was lying there about 4 km away.
Angry people blocked the Gorakhpur -Pipraich road as the news of the student’s murder spread at 7 am on 16 September. When the police tried to convince the people, the police had threw stones.

In Kushinagar, two bullets were shot on both legs of the smuggler. The policemen hanged him on his shoulder and took him to the hospital. Apart from this, 2 more smugglers were arrested. All three were going by the same bike.
SSP Rajkaran Nayyar of Gorakhpur said- The encounter took place on Ramkola Road at 2 pm on Wednesday. The operation was also a team of Pipraich and Kushinagar police. A smuggler named Rahim was injured by a bullet.
Another accused Ajab Hussain was caught by the villagers on the night of 15 September. He is hospitalized. In this way, a total of 4 smugglers have been arrested so far. 2 smugglers of the incident are still being searched.
