Sutradhar Prashant Kishore of Jansuraj has been accused of killing 6 people on Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary. Now the party’s national president Uday Singh has written a letter to PM Modi on Tuesday demanding action on Samrat Chaudhary.

Uday Singh says, ‘6 people of the Kushwaha community were killed during the 28 March 1995 Laana Parsa massacre. In this case, 6 other accused, including Emperor Chaudhary, were arrested and sent to jail. He remained in jail for several months, his bail was rejected twice.
Earlier on Monday, Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, made serious allegations against Emperor Chaudhary and Minister Ashok Chaudhary in Patna. He said, ‘Emperor Chaudhary is accused of killing 6 people. I request the Governor of Bihar, the Bihar government and the central government that they are accused of murder. They should be removed from the post and arrested.
Uday Singh said- Released from jail after getting a minor status
He wrote, ‘The emperor proved his age to 15 years on the basis of admit card of matriculation and was released after getting a minor status, but in later electoral affidavits, he described his date of birth- 1969, which leads to 51 years of age in 2020.
It is clear from this that he was 26 years old in 1995, meaning he was not a minor. This contradiction is also an indication that by presenting the wrong document, he was released from jail and tried to avoid a serious crime.
Remove the emperor from the post and provide justice to the victims
Uday Singh further wrote, ‘The persistence of such a person not only hurts the dignity of governance, but also reduces the trust of the people in the rule of law and democratic institutions.
Therefore, immediately dismiss Emperor Chaudhary from the post of minister and let the law take his natural path so that the victims of this massacre can get justice.
Jansuraj wrote a letter to PM Modi against the emperor.
If the emperor is not arrested, then release the rest
PK said on Monday, ‘Tarapur case number 44/1995 is against them. There is a document of the Supreme Court, which is given by Emperor Chaudhary. He was expelled from jail in the name of being a minor. The election document that he has given in 2020. According to him, he should be 26 years old at that time.
‘Emperor Chaudhary should be arrested, otherwise the people who are accused of murder in Bihar should also be released from jail. If the police does not arrest, we will go to court.

Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary replied to the allegations and said, ‘The court acquitted me in 1997-1998 itself. His allegations do not have power. They have no issue. PK is playing a game of perception.

1. Emperor Chaudhary: issue a certificate of matriculation
Prashant Kishore said that Emperor Chaudhary is a master man in changing the name. He is accused in the case of bombing Congress leader Sadanand Singh.
By declaring himself a minor by making a fake age certificate, he came from jail in 6 months. His first name was Rakesh Kumar, who later became Rakesh Kumar alias Samrat Chaudhary. According to the Bihar Board, they failed in matriculation. In 2010, he described himself as 7th pass. They tell when did it matriculate?
2. Mangal Pandey: Where did 2.12 crore rupees come from wife’s account
Mangal Pandey is the Health Minister in the Nitish government. On September 19, Prashant Kishore claimed that Mangal Pandey’s wife Urmila Pandey’s Punjab National Bank account was deposited in 2019 and 2020.
Prashant Kishore asked where did the money come from Mangal Pandey’s wife’s account and not declared this money?
- Earlier on August 8, Prashant Kishore alleged that when the entire Bihar was struggling with Kovid-19 epidemic in 2020, Mangal Pandey bought a flat in Delhi for 86 lakhs.
- Dilip Jaiswal helped in buying a flat. Mangal Pandey gave Dilip Jaiswal’s college the status of deemed university as soon as he took money.
3. Sanjay Jaiswal: Petrol stolen by making fake bills
Prashant Kishore also reiterated his old allegation of oil theft on BJP MP and former state president Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal on 19 September.
PK said that Bettiah Mayor Garima Devi wrote a letter to the Municipal Commissioner at the Standing Committee meeting on August 14, 2024. It was instructed to stop the payment of petrol pump at the cantonment. It was alleged that more bills were given than oil.
- Earlier on September 13, in Ara, Prashant alleged that Sanjay Jaiswal is a oil thief. They steal petrol. Did not allow flyover for 10 years for your benefit. The people of Bettiah are saying this. On this, Sanjay Jaiswal has sent a notice to PK.
4. Ashok Chaudhary: 200 crores purchased land in two years
Ashok Chaudhary is the Minister of Rural Affairs in the Nitish government. Prashant Kishore alleges that Chaudhary and his family have bought land worth about 200 crores in the last two years. Regarding this, Prashant Kishore has released a list of 4 land deal:
- 12 May 2022: The first land was purchased for about 3.40 crores.
- 12 May 2022: Another land was purchased for about 8.89 crore rupees.
- 20 May 2022: Third land was purchased for about 3.44 crore rupees.
- 14 July 2022: Fourth land was purchased for about Rs 7.20 crore.
- 18 July 2022 5th land was purchased for about Rs 15.50 crore.
Prashant Kishore claimed that Ashok Chaudhary had bought 23 katha land in Bikram in Patna in 2019 in the name of his PA Yogendra Dutt. Two years later, Yogendra transferred the land to 34 lakhs in the name of Chaudhary’s daughter Shambhavi. However, only 10 lakh rupees were sent to Yogendra’s account.
Income tax sent notice on this. After this, 25 lakh rupees were transferred to Yogendra’s account on 27 April 2025.
A day before this, on April 26, PK alleged that Ashok Chaudhary had given money to Chirag Paswan and got the Lok Sabha ticket for the daughter. On this charge, Chaudhary sent a defamation notice.
Chaudhary sent a defamation notice of 100 crores
On September 23, 4 days after the new allegations, Minister Ashok Chaudhary sent a second notice of defamation of Rs 100 crore to Prashant Kishore.
Chaudhary has said that Prashant Kishore is accusing the earlier defamation case in panic. I have not made any disturbances. My everything is in public domain. I file IT returns annually. Prashant Kishore will not apologize for a press conference within 7 days, otherwise I will sue the defamation.
