The Congress high command in Himachal Pradesh could not form a new president and organization for 11 months. Senior Congress leaders are blaming it on the party high command.

,

In a special conversation with ‘Dainik Bhaskar App’, former state president Viplav Thakur said- Congress has become dead without the organization. There is Congress to say but its branches have dried up.

In Himachal, a six -time MLA from Congress and former minister Asha Kumari also heard the high command very well. He said- Where is the organization left in the state?

The more delay in forming the organization, the greater the loss. Party workers are disappointed. Nobody is getting hearing anywhere. The high command still does not look serious.

What are the problems coming from not having an organization?

  • Elections are on the head: Panchayat and municipal elections are to be held soon in the state. To prepare for these elections, the party needs a strong and active organization, so that elections can be fought at the ground level. Party workers’ morale dropped: Due to lack of organization for 11 months, the morale of party workers has fallen. They are feeling unheard of themselves and their participation in party activities has reduced.
  • Party activities stalled: There is silence in the state Congress headquarters Rajiv Bhavan. There is no regular meeting, nor any public relations program. Without the organization, the party has become completely inactive at the ground level.
  • High command instructions are not applying: The campaigns or programs being sent by the party high command, they are unable to reach the ground. Campaigns like “vote thieves” in Himachal have become just a formality.
  • Lack of coordination in government organization: There is a Congress government in the state, but there is no bridge between the government and the workers without the organization. Due to this, decisions and policies are not able to get ground support.

Panchayat-nickel election should be taken into consideration: Thakur Former minister Thakur Ramlal said- There has been a lot of delay in forming the organization. In view of the upcoming panchayat and civic elections, the high command should make an organization early. Prior to this, Cabinet Minister Chandra Kumar has also said paralyzed to the organization in the current government. The current state president Pratibha Singh has also demanded to form the organization soon. CM Sukhu, Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri and other Congress leaders have also urged to form an organization soon.

Now read .. The process ranging from dissolving organization to formation ..

  • Kharge dissolved the entire organization: National President Mallikarjun Kharge also dissolved the state, district, block executive and Mahila Congress Committee of Himachal Congress on 6 November last year. Since then, the only officer and state president Pratibha Singh has been left in the state.
  • Sent Observer from Delhi to Himachal: The high command sent Observers from Delhi to Himachal after dissolving all the executives. They were asked to go to the ground level and report to form a new president and organization. The observer sent by the high command reached the block level and talked to the party worker and submitted his report to Rajiv Shukla, former in -charge of the state Congress. Subsequently, Rajni Patil was made in charge of Himachal Congress in place of Rajiv Shukla.
  • Rajni Patil visited Himachal: Rajni Patil came to Himachal two or three times after becoming in-charge. He also talked to the big leaders of the Congress several times about the organization. The top leadership of the state Congress was called to Delhi several times and took feedback about the new organization and the new president.
  • Cabinet ministers were called to Delhi and took feedback: Vidit Chaudhary and Chetan Chauhan, co -in -charge posted in Himachal by the All India Congress Committee, also took feedback from the leaders of Himachal about the president and organization several times. Not only this, CM Sukhwinder Sukhu, Pratibha Singh, Mukesh Agnihotri and many cabinet ministers were also called to Delhi and feedback was taken for the organization.
  • Rahul-Khadge has also taken feedback: Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge have also held a meeting related to it in Delhi. Still the organization could not be formed. This is the reason why anger towards the high command is flourishing among the leaders of the state Congress.

Why party worker worried? After one and a half to two months in the state, the bugle of panchayat and municipal elections can be played anytime. The election of the municipal corporation is on the party symbol. In such a situation, the Congress leader is worried about not being an organization. All the activities of the party on the ground are closed. There has been silence in the Congress headquarters Rajiv Bhavan for 11 months. The party worker is disappointed with this.

High command programs are not reaching the ground The party high command program is not being followed in Himachal. The Congress took the vote thief campaign from house to house and village in many states of the country. But despite having a Congress government in Himachal, only one day at the Congress headquarters under this campaign, a few people protested for some time and completed the formalities.
