Navi Mumbai International Airport will be inaugurated on 8 October. This will be the second airport of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

This project is being prepared in five phases. After the airport is fully prepared, every year 9 million passengers and 32 lakh metric tonnes will be able to handle. This will include Asia’s largest aviation hubs.
