More than 200 trucks trapped on the road after snowfall in Darcha of Lahaul Spiti in Himachal Pradesh.
Tribal District Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh has received fresh snowfall last night. Most parts of Shimla, Kullu, Chamba and Lahaul Spiti district also received snowfall during the last 24 hours. Due to early snowfall, the mountains are like December in the first week of October.

The average maximum temperature of the state has dropped 11.5 degrees below normal and 8.6 degrees in the last 24 hours. The temperature of many cities has come down to 18 degrees Celsius from normal. The maximum temperature of Chamba has been reduced to 14.7 degrees Celsius after 17.8 degrees below normal.
