1. Shot in basement, daughter saw deadbody Y Puran Kumar lived in Kothi number 116 in Sector-11 of Chandigarh. Puran Kumar and his younger daughter were at home on Tuesday. Father and daughter were on the ground floor in the morning. After a while Puran Kumar got up and went to the basement of Kothi while the daughter got busy with some of her work. After reaching the basement, Puran Kumar sat on the chair lying there and pressed the pistol on his temple and pressed the trigger. He died on the spot.
