Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki will reach Darul Uloom of Deoband in some time. They are coming to Deoband by road from Delhi. Will stay here for about five hours. Any female journalist has been forbidden from coming forward in Darul Uloom. before this heart

Muttaki will meet Mohtamim Mufti Abul Qasim Nomani of Darul Uloom Deoband, National President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind Maulana Arshad Madani and other senior officials of the institute.
Muttaki will also be accompanied by five senior officials of the Afghan government. A special welcome ceremony is held in the newly constructed circular library of Darul Uloom. Here Muttaki will address in Urdu language. The students of the institute will also communicate with them. Muttaki will leave from here at 5 pm. Muttaki had reached Delhi from Kabul on the evening of 9 October on a 7-day visit to India.
