The brother of BJP state president Dr. Rajeev Bindal, arrested in a rape case in Himachal Pradesh, can be produced in Solan court today. For this, fitness certificate from doctors is necessary. Solan Police arrested 81 year old Vaidya Ram Kumar Bin only after getting the fitness certificate.

Actually, Solan police arrested Ram Kumar on Friday evening and took him to the hospital for medical treatment. During this time he felt pain in his chest. After this he was admitted to the hospital. Where his tests are being done. Ram Kumar Bindal is legitimate, on whom a 25 year old girl has accused of rape on the pretext of treatment.
The matter is of 7th October. On the 8th, a girl had given a complaint against Ram in the women’s police station of Solan. On the other hand, the Women’s Commission has taken cognizance of this matter. Himachal Pradesh State Women Commission has also taken cognizance. The Commission has called Solan SP Gaurav Singh and asked for the report of the case.

- Started checking private part valid: The girl told that while checking, Vaidya said that the private part also has to be checked. For which he refused. But the accused did wrong things to her on the pretext of checking. On this he pushed her and came out. There was no one else in the shop at the time of the incident. He took advantage of this.
SHO said- tests of the accused are being done SHO Kavita of Solan Mahila police station said that no one has come to meet the accused in the hospital. Advocate had come. But the doctor did not agree yet. Ram Kumar Bindal is currently undergoing tests and is under treatment.
Women’s Commission asked for report from SP Himachal Pradesh Women Commission has also taken cognizance of this matter. Himachal State Women’s Commission Chairman Vidya Negi called Solan SP Gaurav Singh and asked for a report on the matter. Vidya Negi told that the accused belongs to an influential and political family. Therefore, investigate in a fair manner without any political pressure. He has also sought cooperation from state BJP President Rajeev Bindal in the investigation.
