Arvind Kejriwal held a public meeting in Maam, Goa.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal said on Saturday that his party will not form any kind of alliance with the Congress in Goa. He accused the Congress of cheating the public and selling its MLAs to the BJP in wholesale.
Former Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal said- between 2017 and 2019, 13 Congress MLAs moved to BJP. In 2022, 10 more MLAs joined BJP. Can the Congress guarantee that its MLAs will not go to BJP after winning?
Kejriwal, both Congress and BJP parties are part of rotten politics and now new politics is needed in Goa. Referring to the attack on social activist Rama Kanakonkar, he said that this is not a single incident.

- We were campaigning to fix the roads of Goa, when BJP goons attacked our workers. We are not afraid of them and the next day more workers reached there and completed the campaign. All the workers of Goa deserve congratulations.
- BJP and Congress have ruined Goa together. Today, the people of Goa have no hope from the Congress nor the BJP. The only hope is AAP and I sincerely hope that the Aam Aadmi Party will form the government on its own in 2027.
- A few days ago, there was a fatal attack on social worker Rama Kanakonkar, as he criticized the BJP government. The attack was faced by AAP firmly, agitating throughout Goa. Today Goa is not safe and the public is scared. AAP will eliminate this fear.
- It is heard that CM Pramod Sawant is going to contest his wife from Maim assembly seat. They need votes from the public but they only see their family to make MLA. Goa is occupied by some few families. They contest elections to fill their pockets and rob the public.
Arvind Kejriwal is on a three -day visit to Goa from 3 October. During this time he is also accompanied by AAP’s Goa in -charge and former Delhi Minister Atishi. The next assembly elections in Goa are to be held in February 2027.
Kejriwal wrote on X on Friday- Government of BJP-Congress has been running in Goa for the last 13 years, due to which problems like corruption, Gundaraj, illegal mining, crime, unemployment and decline in tourism have increased in the state.
