Who is Baba Neem Karoli ….
Birth in Uttar Pradesh- Many miracles are also associated with Baba’s life. But despite such greatness, Baba considered himself an ordinary person and did not let any devotee touch his feet. Neem Karoli Baba was born around 1900 in Akbarpur, Uttar Pradesh. His father’s name was Durga Prasad.
Neem Karoli Baba’s real name was Lakshminarayan Sharma, as long as Baba was alive, people knew him by names like Neem Karoli Baba, Laxman Das, Handi with Baba, Tikonia with Baba and Talaiya Baba. Baba did his early education from the village and at the age of 17 he gained knowledge.
Left home twice Neem Karoli Baba was married at the age of 11. But after marriage, Baba gave up the house and started doing spiritual practice in a Vaishnava monastery in Gujarat. Baba visited many places. But once again he had to return to household life. After this Neem Karoli Baba had three children.
But in 1958, Baba renounced the house again and reached the scissors Dham while traveling to many places. Baba established the Kachi Temple Ashram in 1964. Baba established the Hanuman temple in the temple. Baba Neem Karoli considered the devotee and his followers as an incarnation of Hanuman ji.
But Neem Karoli Baba himself used to worship Hanuman ji. On 11 September 1973, Baba Neem Karoli gave up his life.
