Rizwan, father of accused Farhan, said, the police had demanded Rs 10 lakh from us. Keep the matter pressed for about 15 days. We were able to give only 2 lakh rupees, 8 lakhs were not provided, then Ranjit Singh of Misrod police station filed a case of love jihad on my child. The court’s decision has not come, our houses are being demolished before that.
A large number of police forces are deployed during the bulldozer action in Arjun Nagar.
Action started at 5 am Before the action, barricading was done around the houses on Friday. At 5 am on Saturday morning, administrative officers along with heavy police force arrived in Arjun Nagar and started the action to remove encroachments. In this case, the court did not stay on the action despite applying on behalf of the accused party.
Farhan, Saad, Sahil, Nabil, Ali and Abrar are accused of pressurizing private college students for rape and conversion. The hearing of the case is going on in the court. Govindpura SDM Ravish Kumar Srivastava informed that action will be taken as per rules. In the presence of police, illegal occupation on government land was removed.
Police have barricaded in Arjun Nagar to avoid any kind of stress.
