A history-sheeter was brutally murdered by four-five people in Bengaluru on Tuesday night with a sharp weapon. In this case, Vijayalakshmi, mother of Biklu Shiva, has lodged an FIR at the Khap Bharathi Nagar police station against BJP MLA Bayarathi Basavaraj. Bayarathi has also been accused in the FIR.

He was talking to his driver and another friend here. Meanwhile, suddenly an SUP car came and stopped. The three could understand that the four attackers who got off the car attacked Shiva with sharp weapons. Fearing the attack, the driver and friend escaped.

BJP MLA was threatening son over land: Vijayalakshmi Shiva’s 68 -year -old mother Vijayalakshmi said in the FIR that the murder is related to a dispute over property in Kithaganur village of East Bengaluru. According to his statement, Shiva bought a land in 2023 and was a GPA (General Power of Attorney) holder. Bikuu built a shed on the ground and appointed two women as security guards.

On February 11, Jagdish and Kiran, the associates of MLA Bayarathi, forcibly expelled women with the help of their goons. At the same time, Shiva was threatened to transfer this land to Jagdish. After this, a few days ago there was a scuffle between Shiva and MLA Bhairati Basavaraj’s colleagues.

Five suspects were detained: police Bharatinagar Deputy Commissioner D. Devraj and Joint Commissioner of Police Ramesh Banoth said that Vijayalakshmi, the mother of the deceased Shiva, accused MLA Bayarathi Basavaraj and his friends Jagdish, Kiran, Vimal, Anil and others of being involved in their son’s death. Five suspects have been detained in this case and are being questioned. Only after investigation will be able to tell about the real cause of the murder. Police is also investigating CCTV footage.

There were 11 cases against the deceased Biku Shiva, who lives in the Sewanchetty Garden in Benguluru, was a nominal bullying. There were 11 criminal cases registered at Bharti Nagar Police Station. Bharti Nagar police said that he was also included in the recent miscreant parade carried out by the police.
