The monsoon session of the Delhi Assembly will begin on August 4. This will be the third session after the BJP government is formed in Delhi. This time the session of the assembly is special in many ways.

In order to make paperless functioning in the session, all the MLAs from new software were also trained to work on iPad and mobile recently.

Assembly Speaker Vijendra Gupta has predicted the process of implementing the National E-Legislative Application in the Assembly fast and its completion before the monsoon session.

Gupta said that the assembly would be completely based on solar energy. A 500 kW capacity solar power plant has been set up in the assembly premises. It will be conducted during the commencement of session.
