The Education Ministry is going to include AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the school syllabus from class 3 from the session of 2026-27. CBSE is preparing a course framework for this. School Education Secretary Sanjay Kumar said that under the pilot project, teachers are preparing ‘lesson plans’ with the help of AI tools.
At present, AI is being taught as a skill subject from class 6 in more than 18 thousand CBSE schools across the country. There is a 15 hour module for this. AI is present as an optional subject from class 9 to 12.

Nomination started for the first phase of Bihar elections

The nomination process for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections started from Friday. In this phase, voting will be held on 121 seats in 17 districts on 6 November. Candidates can file nomination till October 17.
