CJI expresses concern over the conduct of judicial officers

CJI said that there is serious concern over the conduct of judicial officers. He informed that now three years practice has been made necessary for the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) examination.

The reason for this is that after becoming a young graduate judge without experience, the senior lawyers start pressing on the first day. Recently it happened in a High Court where a young lawyer fainted with the rebuke of the judge.
