The Lucknow court has filed a case against Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi. The case was filed by the court of Alok Verma (MP-MLA). Advocate Nripendra Pandey filed a petition on 9 September. In this he told that Rahul Gandhi

The lawyer summoned the court to summon several top Congress leaders including Rahul Gandhi and punish them in sections like treason and conspiracy. ‘Rahul Gandhi’s statement to break the country’ The petition stated that Rahul Gandhi made this statement during the inauguration of the newly constructed Congress headquarters, Indira Bhavan in New Delhi on January 15, 2025. This statement was given thoughtfully, at the behest of mental stability and foreign forces. This poses a danger of creating a situation like civil war in the country.
Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra also guilty Along with Rahul Gandhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, KC Venugopal, Jairam Ramesh and Priyanka Vadra have also been made party along with Rahul Gandhi. It is alleged that these leaders did not deny Rahul Gandhi’s statement. Rather, he participated in a conspiracy against the country by giving silent support.
Advocate Nripendra Pandey has also included Rahul Gandhi’s old controversial statements in his petition. He said that Rahul Gandhi’s statement that ‘Modi will beat people with sticks’ and ‘Atom is still bomb, soon the hydrogen bombs will break’ is part of the conspiracy to spread chaos and violence in the country.
Accused of weakening constitutional institutions The petition stated that Rahul Gandhi and his allies are conspiring to spread distrust on the constitutional institutions, Election Commission, judiciary and Parliament of India. This is creating an atmosphere of instability and disturbance in the country.
Another petition was filed in Lucknow court on Rahul Gandhi’s statement. After that, Rahul Gandhi was also summoned on 10 January.
Lawyer filed a petition on Veer Savarkar statement Advocate Nripendra Pandey had earlier filed a petition against Rahul Gandhi. He had alleged that Rahul Gandhi had called Veer Savarkar a ‘servant’ and ‘pensioner’ during a press conference in Akola, Maharashtra on December 17, 2022. After this, Rahul Gandhi was summoned to give controversial remarks and inflammatory speeches on Veer Savarkar.
3 cases against Rahul are already running in UP
- A defamation case against Rahul is going on in the civil court of Sultanpur. This case is of 2018. In which BJP leader Vijay Mishra accused Rahul of defamation. The hearing of the case has been postponed several times and now the next hearing is on 28 April.
- A case has also been registered in a Lucknow court due to a controversial statement on Rahul about Veer Savarkar. In this case, Rahul Gandhi was also fined 200 rupees and was ordered to appear in court personally on 14 April. But did not appear.
- The hearing in the ongoing defamation case against Rahul in the MP-MLA court of Hathras will be held on April 24. Ramkumar alias Ramu of Bulgarhi village has filed this complaint. It is alleged that the youth who were convicted from the court were accused of gangrape.
