Let us know that after 20 September, many children’s urine (urine) was closed after cold and cough and fever in different parts of Chhindwara.

In Chhindwara, the number of children suffering from cold and cough is increasing.
How did you know that the kidney is spoiling the cuff syrup? According to CMHO Dr. Naresh Gunnade- The first suspected case came to light on 24 August. The first death occurred on 7 September. Initial symptoms were having high fever and difficulty in urination.
Dr. Pawan Nandulkar, a pediatrician at Chhindwara Medical College, says- The children who were having this problem were referred to Nagpur. Treatment went there, but could not be saved. After this, a boyopsy of the kidney of those children was conducted. It was revealed that the diamethylene glycol found in the cuff syrup has been found to be contaminated. Most of these children were given syrup of this combination.

After receiving this report banned on the sale of cuff syrup, District Collector Shilendra Singh held a meeting with the district officials. CEO Zilla Panchayat, CMHO, Medical College Dean, Doctors, Drug Inspector and other officials were present in it. The meeting banned the sale of Coldrif and Nextro-DS Cuff Serp.
In a conversation with Bhaskar, Collector Shilendra Singh said- It was found that death occurred due to kidney failure. The Indian Council for Medical Research Delhi team was informed. The team investigated several levels here. We also sent children’s blood samples to the virology institute of Pune.
The water of the village whose children died, the water was also investigated. No such infection was found in this investigation. In such a situation, the kidney has failed due to a drug, it seems more likely. The boyopsy report is also pointing to this.

Now know what was investigated and what report was received?
1. Children’s blood samples were sent for Virology Institute of Pune for investigation. Report: This report did not find any such viral infection that caused the kidney to deteriorate. Nor was it confirmed that this disease is contagious.
2. Reports of water samples took place in villages where children died: Water was investigated in villages where children died of kidney failure in villages where children died, around Parasia block of Chhindwara. But it also turned out to be normal.
3. Blood sample reports of more than 3500 children to check infection: CRP testing of blood of more than 3500 young children was tested in the last week at Parasia Civil Hospital, so that the infection could be detected. But most of the reports were fine.
