Then the head slammed into the wall. Then he was bitten by teeth in his thighs. The girl kept screaming. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV in the room. Footage of 10 minutes 30 seconds of cruelty has also been revealed.
The incident is from 4 August 2025. On the complaint of the girl’s mother, a case has been registered against the day care operator Charu and a minor assistant in Sector-142 Kotwali.

When the girl was taken home, the mother saw an injury on the thigh Monica Devi, who lives in the society, alleges that she sends her daughter Vedanshi Patel for two hours daily in Blipy Day Care. When she brought her home on August 4, she was crying loudly. While changing the clothes, both of his thighs saw teeth marks. She then reached the doctor with the girl. The doctor told them that these are marks of teeth bite.

The first director refused to show CCTV, but later showed footage on the protest. In 10 minutes 30 seconds footage, the Sahayika is killing the girl at 15 seconds. Then at 1.26 minutes, the girl gives a toy in her mouth.
At 4.12 and 4.26 minutes, she slammed the child twice on the standing ground. At 5.38 minutes, she seats the girl on a bicycle and licks the back fast. She licks the girl at 8.44 minutes. Then at 9.28 minutes, the girl’s head slams on the wall. The girl punches the chest at 9.45 minutes.
The Sahayika also kills many times with a toy on the child’s head.
3500 rupees every month Sector-142 police station got the girl medical and took the accused assistant into custody. The police is also investigating whether a legitimate license was running without a day-care.
Society resident Shekhar Jha says that day care is going on in a rented flat on the ground in the society. 3500 rupees of child are charged every month. It is alleged that the mental condition of the assistant is not correct. Such complaints have been revealed before.
12 children come in day care Vinod Kumar Mishra, the investigating officer and in -charge of the case, says that a preliminary investigation has revealed that the assistant is a minor. The director showed negligence herself to take care of the children. About 12 young children come in this day care. This sensitive responsibility was given to a minor. All these aspects are being investigated. After investigation, action will be taken as per the rules.

Police Commissionerate wrote letters to Child Welfare and BSA Gautam Budh Nagar Police Commissionerate has written a letter to the BSA and Child Welfare Institution to investigate the Day Care Center Blipy. Wrote that such an incident should not happen, the rules should be complied with. All day care of the district should have CCTV. This should be ensured.
