Delhi Police brought Chaitanyanand Saraswati to Sri Sharda Institute Campus and investigated the campus.
Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati alias Partha Sarathi, accused of sexual exploitation of girl students, used to teach in which the college. Police have received a sex toy and five porn CDs from his campus.
Delhi Police went to raid the campus on Wednesday with Chaitanyanand. During the search, the police also received fake pictures of Swamy along with Prime Minister Modi, former US President Barack Obama and another UK leader during the search.
A day earlier, the police recovered a chat of several women from Chaitanyanand’s mobile. It revealed that he used to make many promises to him to attract women.
Absconded from 9 August, arrested from Agra on 28 September
Chaitanyanand is accused of sexual harassment from 17 girl students of Shri Sharda Institute. An FIR was registered against him at Vasant Kunj North Police Station on 4 August. He was then the head of the institute. He was expelled from the post on 9 August. He was absconding since then.
Chaitanyanand used to stay in cheap hotels with CCTV cameras to escape from the police. He was also hidden in the religious cities of Uttar Pradesh, Vrindavan, Mathura. Close to Chaitanyanand used to choose a hotel for him.
On 27 September, he stayed in a hotel in Agra. He was arrested by the police at 3:30 am on 28 September. Delhi’s Patiala House Court has sent him on 5 days police remand.

Targeting financially weak girl students
According to the police, Chaitanyanand used to threaten the girl students, send pornographic messages and lure them in his trap by luring them abroad. He several times called the student to the room late at night and threatened to give less grade.
During the investigation, it was revealed in the WhatsApp message that Chaitanyanand used to send messages like ‘Baby’, ‘I Love You’, ‘I Ador You’ to the students. Along with this, he also praised his hair and clothes.
Police investigation also revealed that three women warden and faculty also helped the accused. She used to get the chats deleted by putting pressure on the girl students and asked them to remain silent. The accused targeted the students of EWS quota, as she was financially weak and was studying on scholarship.
32 girl students were questioned, 17 of whom filed a complaint of sexual harassment-mental harassment directly. So far, 16 students have recorded the statement in front of the magistrate. It was also revealed that some girl students were also given the pretense of foreign tour by the accused.
Chaitanyanand Saraswati has received the visiting cards of United Nations and BRICS.
Police seized a Volvo car of Chaitanyanand from the basement of Sharda Institute on 24 September.
Touched, staring at the pretext of blessing the girl students
A 29 -year -old student of the institute told that she chose this institute because it was in her budget. The MBA fee was less than Rs 6 lakh. From the second day of admission, it seemed strange.
Chaitanyananda used to stare, smile and touch on the pretext of blessing. When I told the seniors, they told about the other students who had faced the situation worse than this.
Criminal cases have already been registered against accused
There are already several criminal cases against Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati. In 2009, a case of fraud and molestation was registered against him in Delhi Defense Colony.
In 2016, a woman in Vasant Kunj filed a case of molestation against her. However, not much information related to Chaitanyanand’s personal life has been revealed yet.
Accused of misappropriation of crores in the institute
Chaitanyanand tried to capture the valuable land and funds of the institute by creating a new trust parallel to the Sharda Institute Trust after 2010. It is alleged that he transferred Rs 20 crore to the new trust.
