The Delhi court on Saturday granted 14 days bail to Gaganpreet Kaur (38), the main accused in the BMW car accident. Gaganpreet will have to appear in court on 11 October.
The incident took place on 14 September. BMW rider Gaganpreet hit two-wheeler rider finance officer Navjot Singh (52) and his wife on Ring Road near Delhi Cantt Metro Station.

Gaganpreet was arrested on 15 September after the incident. The court sent him to a two -day judicial custody. On September 17, Gaganpreet was extended to custody for 10 days.
In this case, FIR has been registered against Gaganpreet under Section 281 (speeding vehicle) of BNS, 125B (endangered by others’ life or personal security), 105 and 238 (disappearance of evidence).
