In the Delhi High Court, a domestic dog’s custody dispute case was heard between TMC MP Mahua Moitra and his lawyer Jai Anant Dehdrai. The High Court said on Tuesday that why don’t both of you sit together and resolve this dispute?
Dehdrai has challenged the order of the trial court in this case, in which both sides have been prohibited from publicly stating about the legal proceedings in the case.
In fact, there is a dispute between Mahua and Dehdrai about the custody of a three -year -old Rotvile Breed’s dog. The dog’s name is Henry, who is currently near Mahua.
Jai Anant Dehdrai wants the custody of this dog. Both Mahua and Dehdrai have accused each other of stealing Henry.
The video of Mahua Moitra’s Rotvile Breed’s dog went viral. It was claimed that this is the same dog which is a dispute.
Jai complained to Mahua to CBI
Advocate Dehdrai had complained to the CBI about Mahua’s relationship with the Hiranandani Group. After this, the two were separated. Mahua filed a civil suit in a Delhi court demanding a pet dog custody.
When this dispute reached the Delhi High Court, Justice Manoj Jain commented on the matter and said that you should try to resolve this dispute with mutual negotiations.

Dehdrai alleged on 20 October that Mahua said that she would return Henry to her, if she withdraws the complaint made to the CBI regarding her relationship with the Hiranandani Group in the case of the alleged ‘taking cash in exchange for questions’.
On the social media platform X, Dehdrai wrote, ‘Yesterday afternoon I was tried to force the complaint made to CBI and to withdraw the letter written to Nishikant Dubey. I made it clear and said that I will inform CBI. ‘
He further wrote, ‘The message is very innocent, but he is revealing everything about himself.’
