At the same time, the police have arrested three accused in the case so far. Police said two accused Mohan alias Bhura (19) and Kuldeep Bidhuri (20), residents of Churia Mohalla in Galkabad, have been arrested. Earlier, Atul Pandey, a resident of Dakshinpuri and originally from Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), was arrested.
The incident took place on the evening of 29 August. Yogendra Singh was beaten to death after a dispute over Prasad. In the CCTV footage, the attackers were seen attacking them by dropping them on the ground. After which the police registered a case of murder.

He attacked the sevadar lying on the ground, several times after another. During this time there was no movement in the body of the sevadar.
A young man present on the spot pulled an attacker towards him. Then the other attacker also left the stick and all fled from there. Throughout the incident, many devotees were seen in the temple campus, but no one came to stop the youths.
Delhi Police said that Sevadar was immediately taken to the AIIMS Trauma Center, where he died during treatment. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 103 (1)/3 (5) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).
