The Supreme Court will give a verdict on the issue of stray dogs on Friday. Earlier on August 14, the Special Bench of Justice Vikram Nath, Justice Sandeep Mehta and Justice NV Anjaria reserved the verdict after hearing the arguments of all the parties.
In the last hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta argued that there are many non -vegetarian people who call themselves animal lover. At the same time, Kapil Sibal said that the matter should be resolved. Collect dogs from Delhi-NCR and send a shelter home that are not yet.

Order to send stray dogs to Shelter Home in Delhi-NCR
The two-judge bench of the Supreme Court had ordered all stray dogs to be removed from the residential areas of Delhi-NCR in 8 weeks in view of cases of dog bites and rabies on August 11. The court warned of strict action against the persons obstructing this work.
This SC order was opposed on a large scale. After this, on August 13, Chief Justice BR Gavai said that on the plea of the Conference of Human Rights (India) NGOs, he himself would look into the matter. The case was handed over to a special bench of 3 judges.
