The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the institution of the aircraft, has caught several major flaws in the Tata Group’s airline Air India.
These include pilots and cabin crew training, their rest and duty rules and standards related to flying and flying.
Sources said on Tuesday that seven of these disturbances are ‘Level-1’. These are considered to be the most serious security risk and the airline has to take action to fix them immediately.

Earlier on 21 June, DGCA directed the removal of three officers associated with the responsibility of scheduling and rosting of the crew. DGCA found serious negligence in his working style.
