Tejashwi had said- My and my wife’s name is not in the voter list
On August 2, Tejashwi said in a press conference and said- My and my wife’s name is cut off from the voter list. Blo came and went to verify us. Still there is no name in the voter list.
Tejashwi Yadav issued his voter ID card at the press conference. To see his name in the voter list, the EPIC number was inserted, in whose result it was written- no records found. Tejashwi showed this entire process on screen.
DM released a list after a while
Patna DMSN Tyagarajan issued a list in a short time and termed Tejashwi’s claim wrong. He has released the booth list, with Tejashwi Yadav’s name, his picture at number 416.
The DM said that ‘some news mediums have received information that Tejashwi Prasad Yadav’s name is not in the voter list of special intensive revision. This was investigated by the District Administration, Patna. It was revealed that the name of the Leader of Opposition is recorded in the voter list.
At present, his name is mentioned on polling station number 204, Bihar Animal Science University Library Building, Serial No. 416. Earlier, his name was recorded on the library building of Bihar Animal Sciences University, polling station number 171, serial number 481.

Patna DM has released this list. It has the name of Tejashwi Yadav on the number 416.
Tejashwi asked- how to change the EPIC number
After releasing the list of Patna DM, Tejashwi Yadav had said, “The first thing does not change the EPIC number, how changed, what has changed. If I can change then how many people can change the EPIC number … This conspiracy is to cut the names of voters.”
Many IAS officers are also tweeting that their names were cut off. It is the responsibility of the Election Commission to give booth wise data on who has died, what is their EPIC number, what is their booth number. If someone has gone to another state, then give details of it, why are you hiding it. So the question is how big fraud is happening.
In fact, the EPIC number of the voter ID showed by Tejashwi during the press conference was Rab2916120. The EPIC number of the list in which the Election Commission has named Tejashwi is Rab0456228. Tejashwi is now raising questions about this.

The above voter ID Tejashwi showed during the press conference. The below has been released by Patna DM. Both have different EPIC numbers.
Tejashwi said- those whose names were cut, their information was not given
Questioning the new voter list of the Election Commission, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said, ’20 to 30 thousand names have been cut from almost every assembly. Nearly 65 lakhs i.e. about 8.5% of the voters’ names have been removed from the list.
‘Whenever the Election Commission used to advertise, it was said that it was so shifted, so many people are dead and so many people have double names, but they did not give any voter address in the list that the Election Commission has provided to us.’

‘2 Gujarati who will say the commission will do’
Tejashwi Yadav said, ‘The Election Commission is rigging. This dock has become a commission. It was done without taking a political party into confidence. The Commission did not hear our demand.
The suggestion of the Supreme Court was also ignored. We had said from the beginning that the names of the poor will be cut in it. The Election Commission has completed its process.
The commission turned away from its own words. It was said that the names of those whose names will be cut will be given. The Election Commission had to give this information to political parties. The delegation of the Grand Alliance went to the Election Commission on Friday, but no information was given.
Tejashwi further said, “Whatever Gujarati will say, he will do the Election Commission.”
Election Commission challenge the challenge of Tejashwi
Tejashwi said, ‘If the Election Commission cut the names of 65 lakh people, were they given notice by the Commission. Did the Election Commission give them time. The Election Commission is doing targeted work.
The names of 65 lakh people have been cut. The Supreme Court should take self -cognizance in this case and seek answers from the Election Commission. This process has been rigged on a large scale.
‘I challenge the Chief Election Commissioner that if you have the courage, then you give booth wise data and in the people whose name is cut, explain why it is cut. We want to know why he does not keep transparency from Gyanesh Kumar Gupta, appointed to the post of Chief Election Commissioner.

NDA surrounds Tejashwi’s statement
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha said on the statement of Tejashwi Yadav, ‘As father (Lalu Yadav) is the son (Tejashwi Yadav). He has taken the biggest contract for lying. These people carry the book of constitution on one side and will humiliate the constitutional institution (Election Commission) on the other side. Action should be taken on these people. This freedom is not appropriate that anyone can attack their constitution and constitutional institution.
Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi said on the statement of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, ‘I think these people want to defame SIR in any way. The Election Commission is doing a good job. Now one month has been given to add the names which have been missed, what can be more transparency than this. They have no issue, they lie and the public understands it all. “
