The Surat Cybercrime Police arrested three accused of the International Cyber Fraud Gang on Sunday (31 August). This gang used to call the youth of India and abroad to Thailand by pretending to be easy task like computer jobs and copy-paste. He was then sent to Myanmar from Thailand, where illegal work is done illegally in illegal call centers of Chinese gang.
In this case, the crime team arrested one accused from Surat and two from Chandigarh and Punjab. Cyber cell investigations have revealed that the three accused arrested along with Myanmar and Chinese gangs have made 40 youths from India and abroad a cyber slave in Myanmar.

Investigation by Crime and Cyber Police of Surat revealed that the accused of this gang are Neependra alias Nirav Lavkush Chaudhary (Uttarakhand), Preet Rasikbhai Kamani (Rajkot) and Ashishbhai Ramanlal Rana (Surat). Among them, Lavkush Chaudhary (HR Manager), Preet Rasikbhai Kamani (agent of Punjab and Ashishbhai Ramanlal Rana, who lives in Surat, played the responsibility of visa agent.
He has named 11 other members of the racket, including Alexander, Azo, Krunal, Nilesh Purohit, William, King, Vim, Kumpeng, Along, Shashank and Strong. The cyber branch is investigating the details of these 11 accused from the country and abroad.

Police have identified 12 major mobile and telegram IDs in the case, which were used by the gang for online fraud. The accused had been working for this international gang for the last one and a half years.
About a month ago, the Surat Cybercrime Branch lodged an FIR in the case of sending two youths of Surat abroad and being held hostage. Cybercrime investigated the identity and grip of the accused on the basis of technical surveillance, call details and digital evidence and arrested all three. The three accused made a big disclosure in the interrogation, saying that the net of this racket is spread not only in India-Myanmar, but in many countries.
Other foreign youths are sent from Thailand to Myanmar, while some Indians were crossed the river from India and brought to Myanmar. The special thing is that after crossing the river, only Myanmar Army personnel make them reach the cyber fraud companies of the Chinese gang. So far, information of 40 such people has been revealed, which have been sent from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Ethiopia. Most of them are 9-9 boys from Gujarat and Haryana.

He met Rana there and then went to Thailand for a job. He did not know English, so he was asked to quit his job and asked another person to hire his job. Failure to do so was asked to fill $ 4000. After that Preet got a young man named Rajneesh on his commission on Naikari.

The arrested accused had different roles
Neependra alias Nirav Lavkush Chaudhary: The 24 -year -old Neependra was an HR manager in the Chinese company. He is a native of Uttarakhand and has studied till 12th. He went to Myanmar for the first time in 2023 and worked as a customer chat assistant at the Chinese company. He took training in fraud and started hunting people from all over the world from the call center. He used to implicate people by creating fake Facebook and Instagram IDs in the name of women.
Preet Rasikbhai Kamani: 21 -year -old Preet was an agent. He is a native of Rajkot and has studied till 12th. In 2024, the agent went to Thailand via Alex. From there, he illegally crossed the border and started working in a Chinese cyber fraud company called KK3 in Myanmar. During this time he met Nirav. Both started sending people to the cyber fraud companies in Myanmar. 1 laptop worth Rs 25,000 and mobile of 27,000 were recovered from him.
Ashish Ramanlal Rana: 37 years Ashish was a visa agent. Lives in Dindoli and is a native of Tapi district. He has studied till 10th. In the year 2023, a visa agent and manpower supplier worked in Dubai. At the same time, he met Preet Kamani. When he started sending people to Chinese companies in association with Nirav Chaudhary, he contacted Ashish to send people from Gujarat to Myanmar. 1 mobile was found from him.
