The lawyer said that when the woman gave a complaint to the police, she said that she was raped on 2 February 2024, August 2024 and September 2024. The same date was told in the statements of 164, which is in front of the magistrate. Later, as the police investigation proceeded, it was found that Devendra Budia never went to Chandigarh in February.
The woman then changed the statement that she was raped on 15 May, 2 June and 21 October 2024. Not only this, the girl used to call Devendra Budia again and again. It is evident from Budiya’s call detail that the woman made calls to Budiya several times. The lawyer said in the court that when a woman was raped, she was repeatedly calling.
Lawyer said- Budiya stayed alone in Chandigarh Advocate Pawan Rapadia says that the police said on the basis of location in the charge sheet that Devendra Budiya had gone to Chandigarh on May 15 and stayed at Hyatt Hotel. But he did not say that he stayed alone in the hotel. The entry of one person is recorded in the register register as his guest.

- Rape in Chandigarh Hotel: The woman alleged- a few days later, Budia called me to take a course of IELTS in Chandigarh. In February 2024, Budiya raped me drunk and made a video at a hotel in Chandigarh. If protested, threatened to implicate in a false case.
- Threatened to kill the family: The woman alleges that in August 2024, through her PA in Jaipur, Budiya took me to the flat in Civil Lines and raped me again. This time, not only me, but threatened to kill my whole family.
- Relations with Bollywood actor Salman Khan: The woman had alleged that Budiya said that her Bollywood actor Salman Khan had a good relationship and he could make the girl a star. In September 2024, he again raped the woman in Jaipur.
- Constantly harassed, after this, filed a case: The woman said- I returned to Adampur in November 2024, but Budiya continued to harass me and threatened me. After this, in January 2025, a case under sections 376, 354 and 506 of the IPC was registered against Budiya at Adampur police station.
