Senior Punjab officer and former ED deputy director Niranjan Singh has advised people to be vigilant on social media. He said that an unknown person has created a fake account on Facebook using his name and photographs.

Niranjan Singh wrote on his official Facebook account that he has only one Facebook ID. Do not accept the request from any other ID, it is fake. He appealed to the people to block and report this fake account.
Niranjan Singh said that the fake account creator is misusing his identity, which can make people mislead. His supporters have also appealed to the people to be vigilant and immediately complain of this fake account to Facebook.
