There has been a war between Minister of State Rao Inderjit Singh and cabinet minister of Naib government Rao Narbir Singh over the delay in the metro expansion project in Gurugram.

Rao Inderjit demanded action on those responsible for the delay in the project. After which cleanliness came from Rao Narbir. He blamed technical confusion instead of convicting someone for delay in the project.
Rao Narbir spoke on the issue in a recent event held in Hisar. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of this project before the Lok Sabha elections. Even after laying the foundation stone, there was some confusion about the DPR, due to which the project was delayed.
The new metro line will start from Huda City Center Metro Station to Gurugram.
Rao Narbir’s claim- Project started after Khattar’s Bhoomi Pujan Rao Narbir said that this file was with Union Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Puri. Now the Union Energy and Housing Minister Manohar Lal Khattar belongs to the Ministry. After removing the confusion related to DPR, Manohar Lal Khattar recently performed the land worship of the project, and now this project has started.
Rao Narbir said that the central government and the concerned ministries have given priority to the project. This project will be worked fast and it will be completed in the scheduled time.
Rao targeted Manohar-Naib government on the pretext of metro Rao Inderjit had raised the demand for action on those responsible for the delay in the metro project. Rao Indrajit said that since 2018, he has been roaming around this project, but he was told many times on behalf of the state government that the project is stuck with the central government. When he asked Hardeep Puri, he would get the answer that no such project came for approval. It is necessary to take a tough stance on this and ensure accountability for the delay.
