Apart from this, the police still suspect father Deepak’s theory, in which he has said that he murdered the daughter after being disturbed by the taunts of the society. This is the reason that the court sent the accused on one day police remand. While seeking remand from the court, the police has argued that it is necessary to be investigated in depth. Today (July 12) the police will present it in court again.

In such a situation, the doctor believes that Radhika died due to excessive bleeding. His breath had stopped within 10 to 30 minutes. According to the police, Deepak shot Radhika at around 10:30 pm. The police received information about the case at around 11:30 pm i.e. an hour later. By then the family had taken Radhika to Asia Marringo Hospital, where she was declared dead by doctors.

Accused arrested from opportunity -e -incident, revolver recovered Radhika was killed at around 10.30 am on the morning of 10 July. Radhika’s uncle Kuldeep Yadav and his son Piyush Yadav, who lived on the ground floor, reached the spot first. He found Radhika lying in the kitchen. According to the report lodged by Kuldeep, at that time Deepak, his wife Manju Yadav and Radhika were in the house. Bhai Dheeraj Yadav is a property dealer, he went out in connection with the work. The police reached the opportunity -e -incident at around 11:30 pm. The police arrested the accused Deepak from the spot. His license revolver kept in the drawing room was also seized from the spot.
Mother refused to give a statement to the police, said- I was ill Radhika’s mother Manju Yadav told the police that she did not know why her husband killed. She says she had a fever and was resting with medicines in the room. He has refused to record the statement before the police. After this, the police have also not questioned Manju yet. However, in the initial investigation of the police, it was said that Manju Yadav was not in the house during the incident. However, in the report lodged by uncle Kuldeep, he was told to be present in the house. Later, the investigating officer of the case also confirmed that Manju Yadav was in the house at the time of the incident.
One day remand sent, argued- intensive investigation is necessary The police arrested the accused Deepak and produced it in court on Friday. However, the accused had given a statement in front of the police that he killed the daughter after being fed up with the taunts of the society. The police have the accused, his confession and ala -a murder, but the police suspect that some other angle may also come to the fore in the case. Therefore, intensive investigation is necessary. Based on this argument of the police, the court sent the accused on one day remand. Today the police will present Deepak in court.
