The default Bell of YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra jailed on charges of espionage for Pakistan will be heard today. Hisar police will present their reply in this case. Jyoti’s lawyer Kumar Mukesh raised questions in the court on the incomplete investigation of the police even after 90 days.

Kumar Mukesh says that the police admitted in the court that the investigation of Jyoti’s case is still going on. In such a situation, he has put a default bell on the basis of incomplete charge sheet.
Jyoti was first appeared in court on 25 August and was to be given an invoice report, but the police opposed the charge sheet by putting an application three times.
The court then sought a response from the lawyer on the application and the lawyer put a default bail, alleging that the police filed a charge sheet without completing the investigation.
Jyoti was produced in court on 25 August. It will now be introduced on 2 September.
Jyoti should be released with immediate effect- lawyer Kumar Mukesh said that on August 14, the police had completed the investigation against Jyoti Malhotra. If the police does not complete the investigation by August 14, Jyoti was to be released on 15 August.
Till date I have not been challaned. Today in the court I came to know that the police investigation has not been completed yet. The right of the accused side is to release it with immediate effect.
There are orders of the Supreme Court in such cases. The accused party has the right of Bell in the case of incomplete police investigation. Whose copy has been submitted to the court. The court sought a response from the police regarding the matter.

She remained in Pakistan till 15 May. After this, he returned to India. She moved to China on 10 June 25 days after returning from Pakistan. Stayed in China till 9 July and then reached Kathmandu in Nepal on 10 July.
