The anger of the family is not decreasing over the suicide case of Haryana IPS Y Puran Kumar. Anger is increasing in the family due to repeated inconclusive talks between government ministers. Seeing the heated attitude of the family on the talks, the state government attacked the family for 24 hours.

The talks between two ministers of the state government, Krishna Bedi and Krishna Lal Panwar, with the family of IPS Y Puran Kumar at around 10.30 pm on October 11 were unsuccessful. After that the ministers did not talk to the family. A video of IAS officer Amneet P. Kumar, wife of IPS Y Puran Kumar, refusing to talk is also going viral, in which she is seen angry.
After the talks broke down on the night of 11 October, IAS officer Amneet P Kumar’s brother also came out in anger at around 11 pm. After this he went back inside. The family is somewhere very angry towards the government.
What has happened so far for the satisfaction of the family…
- Rohtak SP removed: Haryana Government has removed Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarania from the post and appointed Surendra Bhauria as Rohtak SP in his place. By removing Bijarania, a message has been given to the family that the government has taken a step forward, the family should also listen to it.
- SIT was formed: Chandigarh administration constituted a 6-member Special Investigation Team (SIT). The team is being led by IG Pushpendra Kumar. In this, SSP Kanwardeep Kaur, SP City KM Priyanka, DSP Traffic Charanjit Singh Virk (Investigating Officer), SDPO South Gurjeet Kaur and SHO Sector-11 Inspector Jaiveer Singh Rana have been made members.
- Proposed to send DGP on leave: The Haryana government has proposed to send the family of DGP Shatrujit Kapoor on leave, but the family did not agree to sending him only on leave. Due to this the matter is not coming to an end.
- Medical Board constituted: As per the demand of the family, a medical board was formed to conduct the postmortem of the body. The videography team was deployed in PGI. Whenever the family agrees, the process will start as per their demand.

The family is getting political support IAS Amneet P Kumar, wife of IPS Y Puran Kumar, is continuously getting political support from across the country. Leaders of Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh and UP and Haryana Governor Ashim Ghosh have also come to his residence.
Haryana Congress President Rao Narendra, Punjab Congress President Raja Wading, former Punjab CM Charanjit Channi, former Haryana CM Bhupendra Hooda’s MP son Deependra Hooda, Kumari Selja, Randeep Surjewala, Geeta Bhukkal, Ashok Arora, Brijendra Singh and many MLAs and officials of Haryana have gone with support. Haryana Congress has announced protests in the state while Punjab Congress is organizing a candle march.

Aam Aadmi Party is openly helping IAS Amneet’s brother Amit is an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Bathinda Rural. AAP’s Delhi leader Manish Kumar Sisodia, Punjab CM Bhagwat Singh Mann, Punjab State President and Cabinet Minister Aman Arora have so far come to Chandigarh and held a press conference. There is a cabinet meeting of AAP in Punjab today, in which some important decision can be taken.
