The petitioner’s lawyer Pradeep Saulath told the bench that the petitioners were dependent on the Divyang ex -servicemen and applied for admission to the MBBS course under the ex -serviceman quota, but the entry committee illegally named the set seats of the ex -servicemen as the dependents of the freedom fighters. The petitioners say that it is completely against the notifications of the government.
