On September 1, when the High Court Justice Vishal Mishra wrote this order, the High Court lawyers and parties also came in a hurry, refusing to hear a petition. In fact, this petition was filed for action on illegal mining of companies associated with BJP MLA Sanjay Pathak’s family.

Petitioner Ashutosh Manu Dixit had demanded through this that even after the complaint, action is not being taken against the companies of the reader. However, a few days after the petition was filed, the Department of Minerals imposed a fine of 443 crore against the companies associated with the reader’s family.

This is the first of its kind in which a High Court Justice himself has revealed that the ruling party MLA has tried directly to discuss them in connection with the case. Dainik Bhaskar contacted Sanjay Pathak’s office three times in this matter, but refused to give any kind of response on his behalf. At the same time, BJP has described it as the personal subject of the MLA.

First know what is the matter Ashutosh Manu Dixit, a resident of Katni, filed a petition in the High Court in June 2025. In this, he had said that he had made complaints related to illegal mining of companies associated with Pathak’s family in EOW. But even after 6 months, the investigation did not proceed in it. In this case, the Inter Vin application was implemented by the companies of Pathak’s family.

Meanwhile, the Principal Secretary of the Department of Minerals had imposed a fine of Rs 443 crore against companies associated with Pathak’s family. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had also informed in the assembly that more mining was done in Sihora tehsil of Jabalpur district than approval by Messrs Anand Mining Corporation, Messrs Nirmala Minerals and Pacific Export.

Earlier, Ashutosh Manu Dixit had said in a complaint in EOW on 31 January 2025 that these companies have not deposited an amount of Rs 1 thousand crore. An investigation team was formed on 23 April on the complaint. The team submitted the report to the government on 6 June. In this, a recovery of Rs 443 crore was withdrawn on all three mining companies.

However, in this case, companies had said in their explanation that they have been trading minerals for 70 years. There is no complaint of royalty or tax evasion on them sometimes in so many years.

Expert said- This interference in judicial system Ajay Gupta, former Additional Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh, says that an intervention of a politician directly to the High Court Justice in this way is the intervention in the judicial system. This is the origin. An FIR should be lodged against the MLA for this mistake. Gupta says that if action is not taken, the spirits of those intervening in the judicial system will increase.

Gupta says that my question is, are we leaving for further? According to me, there should be a complaint with the police through the registrar. Justice Yashwant Verma of Delhi High Court is accused of recovery from his house. These things will continue to grow. He said-

Pathak has also been accused of buying Sahara Group land MLA Sanjay Pathak has also been accused of buying the land of Sahara Group at a quarter of a price. After receiving the complaint, the Bureau of Economic Offenses Investigation has registered an PE and started investigation. In fact, Samajwadi Party state president Dr. Manoj Yadav had held a press conference on January 15, accusing MLA Pathak of disturbances of crores of rupees.

Yadav had said that Sanjay Pathak bought 310 acres of land located in Bhopal, Jabalpur and Katni for Rs 90 crore, while the market price of these lands was about 1 thousand crore rupees. Yadav had alleged that MLA Pathak not only purchased the land at a quarter to one price but also stole the stamp duty in getting the registry done. The MLA got the registry land registered by showing agriculture land.

The amount was to be deposited in the Sebi-Sahara refund account Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited and Sahara Housing Corporation Investment Group had bought these lands in many cities to raise money from investors to make Sahara City. According to Yadav, in 2014, the Supreme Court and (Securities and Exchange Board of India) SEBI had allowed the Sahara Group to sell the company’s property to return the amount of investors.

According to the Supreme Court order, the land deal limit was fixed at a maximum of 90 percent or more. The Supreme Court had given permission to sell the property on the condition that these amounts purchasing the land will be deposited directly in the SEBI-Sahara refund account number 012210110003740 of Bank of India, Mumbai.

Sahara Group deposited money in rock companies According to EOW, Sahara Group instead of depositing money in SEBI-Sahara refund account, deposited them in the accounts of Sahara India Real Estate Limited, Sahara Housing Investment Corporation and private rock companies.

Manu says that the mastermind of the land scam is Sanjay Pathak. He has bought the land purchased from the hard earned money of millions of Sahara investors of the state for a conspiracy.

The country’s home and cooperative minister Amit Shah wanted to get his money back to Sahara’s investors but MLA Pathak sabotaged his efforts.
