Many parts of Himachal Pradesh received heavy rains in the last night. Today i.e. Saturday and tomorrow, on Sunday, most parts of the state are predicted to rain. Meteorological Center Shimla issued rain alert in all other districts except Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti

The monsoon will be weakened the day after tomorrow. After this, there is no rain alert till 17 September. This season has received 43 percent more rainfall than normal. Between June 1 and September 12, 678.4 mm of normal rainfall receives, but this time 967.2 mm has been rained.
From September 1 to 12, 133 percent more rainfall than normal has been received. This period has received 150.4 mm of rainfall compared to 64.6 mm normal rain. Kullu district has received 363 percent more than normal, 256 in Solan, 241 percent in Una and 231 percent more than Normal in Shimla.
386 people died in monsoon season
386 people have been killed in this monsoon season. Of these, 76 people have died due to floods, cloudbursts and landslides, while 40 people are missing. In this monsoon season, government and private assets worth 4500 crores have been damaged.
1392 houses grounded, 30 thousand cattle killed
1392 houses in the state are completely grounded, partial loss to 6114 houses, death of 30 thousand pets, losses to 529 shops and industries and 6162 cowsheds have been broken.
