Cloud burst this morning in Lipa village of Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. After flooding in Bhogti Nala, 2 houses became frozen. 2 people sleeping in them were also buried. The villagers evacuated both of them after some time.

In Ani in Kullu district, 3 houses were damaged by landslide in the Patarna of Karad Panchayat. In these, two people are reported to have been suppressed. Relief and rescue operations are going on. One house fell completely, while two others have also suffered significant damage. A train was also swept away in the drain here.
Other parts of the state also received heavy rains in the morning. There is no possibility of relief from the rain for the next 6 days. Even today, there is a yellow alert of rain in Una, Kangra, Mandi and Sirmaur districts. Given the road and roads, educational institutions will remain closed even today in Sirmaur district, Manali, Nirmand, Ani Sub Division, 9 schools of Kullu, Mandi’s Gohar and Karsog and Chamba Sub Division.
At the same time, a rescue operation will be done today to safely remove 3 thousand Manimahesh passengers trapped in Bharmour of Chamba district. Devotees are stranded at different places in Bharmour due to roads breaking up due to heavy rains. The government claims that all are safe.
Mobile connectivity has been closed for 4 days in Bharmour. Due to this, the families of the devotees are not able to contact them and the correct information of the loss is being delayed for two to three days.
According to media reports, 7 devotees have died from Landslide above Harsar after heavy rains in the past week. 8 devotees are said to be injured and 9 missing. The government claims that out of 10 thousand trapped in Manimahesh, 7 thousand devotees have been sent back to the houses.
Meanwhile, PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh taunted him to make a statement after getting full information in the mandi of BJP MP Kangana Ranot and the claim of people being suppressed.
