35 percent less rainfall than normal this week
This monsoon season received 12 percent more rainfall than normal. But July has received 5 percent less rainfall than normal in the month of July. This period receives 61.2 mm normal rainfall. But this time there is 40 mm of rainfall.
110 people lost their lives
110 people have lost their lives in this monsoon season (20 June to 17 July) in the state. Of these, 23 killed landslide, cloudburst and flowing in floods have killed 23 people, while 35 people are missing.
Damage to assets worth 1200 crores
